Return and Refund Policy
At Auvien & Co, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process. Please read through the following policy to understand how we handle returns.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at support@auvienandco.com before returning any item. We’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
We are unable to process returns that are sent back without prior approval.
Who Pays for the Return?
- If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning the product for other reasons, such as a change of mind or incorrect size, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and labels must be included
- The return must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping
If the item is returned in a damaged or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Return Exceptions
At this time, no return restrictions apply.
Normally, certain items may be excluded from return due to hygiene or safety considerations. However, we are currently accepting returns for all products.
Should any exceptions arise in the future, they will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages.
No Final Sale Items
We want our customers to shop without pressure. That’s why we do not sell items as final sale. All items purchased from Auvien & Co are eligible for return as long as they meet the return conditions and are within the return window.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been completed.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund on your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
Return Address
Returns are handled through our logistics partners. The appropriate return address will be provided once your request is approved. Do not return items to our office address unless explicitly instructed.
Delivery Information
Our average delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply.
